Returns & Exchanges

Every piece of jewelry we make comes with a Lifetime Guarantee on any defects in craftsmanship. This does not cover general wear and tear. If there is an issue with your item please contact us right away!

For online purchases we accept returns within 28 days of you receiving your item. Returns must include all original packaging and must be in perfect condition, unworn with no scratches, bumps, or other signs of wear. After we've received the return, inspected the item and evaluated its condition we will contact you to verify whether your item is eligible for a refund or exchange. If eligible, this will be processed within 2-3 days. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Note that your bank may take time to post the refund to your account. Please contact us to initiate a return of an online purchase.

For in-person purchases items are only available for exchange or store credit. You must initiate the return within 28 days of purchase.The same return process as online purchases applies. Please contact us to initiate a return of an item you purchased in-person.

Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you ship with a carrier that will provide tracking. The package is your responsibility until we have received it. For security, please do not write the word jewelry anywhere on the outside of the package.

Customized jewelry items (e.g. specific metals or stones on request) are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings.
